Sleeping in a cupboard
Who wrote the previous reviews? It couldn't have been anyone who stayed in room 206. What a rip off. £157stg for a broom cupboard. Wifi? What wifi. It couldn't have been slower if there had been none. Totally useless. The bed filled the room and it wasn't even big enough for the both of us. We actually had to sleep one at the top of the bed, the other at the bottom. Shocking. You had to climb over the toilet bowl to get into the shower. One towel each. There are no curtains on the window, just wooden slats that don't keep out the light. We were awake at 4am with the light shining in. NEVER AGAIN.

Has everything you need
Very enjoyable. Excellent food, everyone was very polite and welcoming, even the free gym use was a surprising bonus. Would definitely come to again.

Stop over after USA night flight
Great service as usual, we were trying to catch a few hours sleep after anovernight flight from USA and we didn't check in until 8am inthe morning and were given a lovely quiet room and slate check out. Can't thank the hotel enough it made our journey that but more bearable

Really good. Very close for buses and shops. Weather was dreadful but we just returned to hotel bar.

Good 6.0
Busy hotel, centrally located
Good central location, staff helpful but often a queue for reception which very busy at certain times with tour groups. Room clean and fairly quiet but very beige, rather 70s decor and not that much extra space in the double. Breakfast buffet ok - hot food, juice and pastries, fruit just grapefruit and prunes or dates (bit disappointing). Overall stay ok but nothing special. Wifi not that great and kept having to reconnect.
