Poor signposting. And don’t upset the chef!
The main entrance to the hotel is very poorly signed, if indeed at all. I parked outside what I took to be the entrance but it may actually have been the entrance for the health centre. Had a long walk to find the reception area. The accommodation was clean and very comfortable though the phone in the bedroom didn’t work. I asked if I could order fish and chips for dinner but substitute mashed potato for the chips. It was difficult to understand the waitress but the gist of what she said was that she didn’t want to upset the chef by asking! So I had the chips 🙄. They weren’t nice. Very generous portions of good thought. Breakfast was good and it’s brought to the table.

The hotel I use whenever visiting Cork. Friendly efficient staff. Room was large, comfortable with all the expected amenities. Had dinner in the restaurant, good value only issue is at this time of your the conservatory is quite cold.
