Room is excellent & friendly staff, location are excellent but facing main road cause some sounds disturbing (bike beeping sounds) in mid night although window closed. Another issue will be the water heater seems hot then suddenly cool then hot again (temperature not static). Overall room are fantastic & meeting expectation. I'll choose to stay again this hotel without hesitation.

Luxury amenities, highly professional and attentive staff . What a gem find on Expedia. Hotel is right in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter and perfect landing place to navigate through the area. We had a wonderful stay at La Sinfonía Majesty Hotel & Spa. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to answer our questions and assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options. The omelet station was excellent, serving freshly made omelets, and we especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and delicious Vietnamese coffee. The hotel also helped us arrange our tours to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh, both of which were fantastic experiences. Our Halong Bay trip with Orchid Cruise was truly unforgettable. A special thank you to Ms. Anna, who was extremely helpful in organizing our tours and airport transfers. Her assistance made our trip much smoother and more enjoyable. If you are looking for a clean, safe, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in the center of Hanoi's Old Quarter, this hotel is an excellent choice. Thank you for a great stay!

Super Staff during Super Typhoon!

This boutique hotel was situated in a prime location of Old Quarter. There were great restaurants and stores in every direction, all within a half mile. While we were there, a Super Typhoon slammed Hanoi. The hotel staff stayed with guests, and we didn't lose power or water. Everyone from the guest relations manager and front desk staff, to the maids and restaurant waiters were attentive and professional. They made our stay in Hanoi comfortable and pleasurable. We we return, we will be staying at the La Sinfonia.

An oasis in Hanoi

We spent a few days in Hanoi in between trips to other places and stayed at La Sinfonia Magesty twice. It's an oasis of calm in the frenetic, loud energy of the old quarter. The staff is wonderful--thank you especially to Lam Le, who not only recommended a good restaurant nearby, but walked us to it, threading our way through traffic, vendors, and motorbikes parked on the street. The front desk staff also upgraded our room (twice. thank you). Rooms were very nice, great, comfortable bed and hot water pressure –– a real pleasure. You're in walking distance to many parts of Hanoi--the lake, museums, a huge array of street food, shops and vendors--and right near the original egg coffee cafe. We enjoyed good breakfasts and drinks with a view on the rooftop. The day we left we had wonderful massages at the spa. Highly recommended if you're looking for a good spot to stay in Hanoi.
