Flooded bathroom still charged luxury room fee
Upgraded to a Luxury room but got given a room with a bathroom fault that every time you have a shower you have a flood in the bathroom , because there is a massive gap between the rubber seal at the bottom of glass door and the bath tub. They were happy to give you loads of towels to mop up, but walking in a wet carpet of towels is not my idea of luxury room. They clearly knew this issue exists as they told me the reason for flood (the gap) before / without sending a maintenance man. We had expressed how dissatisfied we were but only got a room changed on our last night of 3. They happily charged the full upgrade fees despite the flooding issue.

The location is perfect and check in was really quick and friendly, the rooms could do with a little tlc but the bed was really comfy Not sure the bathrooms are fit for a 4* hotel with mold and mildew and limescale on most surfaces and a dodgy, dated hairdryer in the bathroom that isn't sealed to prevent water getteling in. The towels had questionable marks on them and were incr3thin and worn Breakfast was awesome though, very varied. If I thought the bathrooms were going to be modified then I would definitely go back

Overall good stay but wouldn't stay again
Overall good stay. Breakfast isn't a true continental breakfast. There's cereal, fruit, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, bacon and small hot dog sausages like savaloys. Not much variety so ended up having toast each morning. Room was nice for a short trip however bed only had one pillow each so had to ask for more and the traffic outside was really noisy too with windows shut. Also fridge leaked. On the plus it's in a really good central location and staff were friendly. One thing I'd change is to ask the bus tour seller to move away from the hotel front doors.

Terrible customer service
Terrible. Customer service is horrible. Would not stay again even if they give the room for free. As soon as I did the check in I noticed how rude the receptionist was.. they request my passport and I show my ID, as it was not my passport they request my passport again. I kindly told the receptionist that I had it In my big luggage and if possible I could get it in the room and bring it back to him so I don’t need to open the big luggage at the reception, his answer was: “I need your passport or I call the police..” After registration, I start doing emails and wifi didn’t work, I didn’t want to talk again to the same receptionist, however I had to finish important business emails, thus, I went to the reception and found this time a different person playing on his personal cellphone. As I approached him with my issue, he reply very rude that the wifi was et working and te Miriam would come next day... there is nothing to do..... I would not stay in this hotel ever again.

Great location near the Termini station. I stayed for two nights in a Deluxe room. Room was very clean and remodeled except the old fashioned door and locking system.
