Truly amazing 20 out of 10. This hotel ticks all the boxes. Great location, outstanding staff, great room facilities including Nespresso Coffee machine, ironing board, complimentary water & multi language TV channels. Plus bar & restaurant facilities. The breakfast is outstanding offering an extensive hot & cold buffet, plus you can order specialty omelettes etc made to order. They even provide Cava Sparkling — a great way to kick off the day! Can’t wait to return.

Lovely hotel.
Our flight was delayed so I had to inform the hotel we would be arriving a day late. I received a prompt email reply from Marta confirming that would not be a problem and that our room would be retained. On arrival Suzanna at the check in desk took us up to our room and showed us around - a nice touch. There was a fantastic breakfast selection hot & cold to suit all tastes. Another nice touch was Mickey Mouse plates and bowls for children to use. All the staff were friendly and helpful and always acknowledged you as you came and went. All in all a lovely place to stay in a good position to visit all the sights that Madrid has to offer.

Enjoyable stay in Madrid
The staff was phenomenal with answering and assisting us with our questions/needs. The first room given to us did not have working AC, and the staff happily switched us to a different room after we called. The location is spectacular as it’s in the heart of Madrid and very walkable to other sightseeing places. The breakfast was pretty good, though more hot food options would be great.
