Staff wer gud facilities wernt.
The electrics went off wen I plugged electrical device in was sold within half an hour but I sat in the dark fr tht time, the heater did not work room was cold, I messaged there was no reply, I then used other means to contact was then given a faulty heater. I messaged I got a reply straight away and the heater was replaced. Tbh the staff wer great it was just the hotel facilities, made my evening restless and uneasy due to hickups.

Convenient location, short walk from Stratford station. Rooms were clean, comfortable and a decent size. Good buffet breakfast selection available. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again!

some issues especially noise
Had to change rooms due to loud noise from generators outside...heard this was also requested by several other people. The decor was old and shabby. Carpets were dirty and in some areas " sticky". Rooms was basic but adequate. Breakfast was often overcooked and on the area for heating for long long time without changing. Staff were not well prepared for any questions and in some cases could not help. I would not stay there again nor recommend.

The room itself was okay but the AC stopped working and the lift also stopped working and being pregnant that was not convenient as I had to walk up and down four flights of stairs. Due to the AC not working the room was very hot and the window would not stay opened.
