A night of horror
We were put in a bug infested room and when we complained they promised us a nicer room ,but that room smelled like mold and mildew .we contacted hotels . Com and we’re promised a full refund ,but have not received anything yet

I Would steer clear of this place!
I would steer clear of this hotel, they overcharged me and would not correct it at the front desk. The staff was very unprofessional and there was no manager on duty at all for the entire weekend. The room had a very bad odor in it, and the plumbing in the bathtub was broken and the Faucet would not shut off. Instead of coming to fix it they just told us to play around with it and that it will probably turn off… We had to pay the price of a four-star hotel but received the service of a two star hotel… I will definitely not stay here again, or recommend this place to anyone I know…
