Standard hotel but pet friendly, lots of dogs.
The hotel was ok, standard stuff but there was a bad smell in the public areas (elevator and corridors). We did report this to reception. I think it may be because they allow pets to stay and we saw lots of dogs around. Personally we prefer hotels that don’t allow pets and will factor this into our future choices. Pool and spa ok but kept being closed temporarily for water checks for some reason so could not really relax there.

Overpriced and small
Rooms are tiny, breakfast is well done. Staff was friendly and accommodating, pool is tiny and cold, spa was broken. Overall ok but not worth the price.

Poor 2.0
Couldn’t wait to leave
Booked a three day stay through booking.com. Found it for $55 less in hotels.com. Advertised as a “Deluxe double queen bed room sleeps four” pets allowed. Room was incredibly small for four. Two adults two teens and two small dogs. Phone in the room didn’t work. It was old and you could tell by looking at it the phone didn’t work. It was very old. It was reported in the first night that it didn’t work. Beds were queens on a double frame. So anytime you sat on the edge of the bed there was zero support. Sleeping ended up being crammed because each person felt like they were falling off the bed. Temperature of the room was difficult to control and was noisy. Every time we needed something, towels, pillows, or had question we had to take the elevator, which was slow as molasses, go to the front desk and ask our question. The stairs were far from our room at the end of the length of the hallway. Reception was dead center of hotel. The hotel never fixed our phone. I asked for 50% off the average of A ONE NIGHT STAY. The amount equaled $70.00. Adam W. at the front desk told me “no” and would only credit us $40.00. It was his opinion that having to go up and down every time to ask a question whether it was midnight or 7 am wasn’t that big of a deal and that $15 credit a day was sufficient. I felt over billed as I was paying $140 average per night for a hotel no better than a Travel lodge. Adam had poor discourse for being a front desk manager. He occu
