Very disappointing
Did not meet my expectations of a 3 star motel. Tiny bathroom ceilings right above head. The price was way above what it should have been. Very noisy place. Rooms not air tight. Not a place to rest!

Safe and Comfortable
Nice clean place to stay. The beds were super comfortable with four nice fluffy pillows on each one. Big T.V with plenty of channel options. If you have plans at the convention center it is within walking distance. Or they offer a shuttle bus to and from. That will save you money on parking.

Super friendly staff. Not sure how often these things happen without the pandemic, but they gave our room an upgrade and parking was free, in front of the building, even though the sign says reserved for the rewards members.

Not the best experience
Bathroom needs updating, no complimentary coffee in lobby except on Sunday at check out Pillows not plump enough, pool too cold n wanted to swim since nothing else at night when returning to hotel , will never stay here again only good thing was free shuttle service to shows n mall, but even with that , front desk confused on schedules, etc n

Awesome location for the money
Close to Gaylord resort without the noise, crowd, and price. I would stay here again, maybe it’s due to the pandemic but it’s super quiet and peaceful here.
