Skip this one and select another lodging option
Staff was amazing, location was great, but that’s about it. Our room only had one outlet for charging and we had to unplug a lamp to open up that spot. The room phone wasn’t working. The “harbor view” was extra and was an absolute joke (see attached picture). The overall condition of the room was mediocre and the tub drained extremely slowly (think tub filling up as you shower). Again, the staff and location shined brightly, but otherwise not worth another stay.

Over an hour check in, hairs on pillows
Arrived at 4pm, took more than an hour to get room (after complained to front desk and been told different excuses). One of receptionists even said because my reservation has special code which happened several times when I checked in for bookings via Hotel.com. Felt like discrimination. Most pillows have hairs on it and we had to put them aways. Very upset experience and won't come back again.

Broken Glass
First off, breakfast was not complimentary. That should definitely be mentioned at checkin. Also, $15 for that breakfast is ridiculous. Second, sliding glass door to the balcony was missing a window pane. It let in a ton of street noise until 3am. The missing window pane seemed to be broken and they chipped away at the edges to make it look like “normal”. Broken glass is very sharp, and this is very dangerous for anyone. See photos. This was all mentioned to front desk staff. Overall, not worth the price point. Not entirely sure why it was highly rated.

No pool :(
The only thing I really have to complain about is that the description says they have a pool, but they don't. The pool is located in a gym blocks away. I booked this location because of the pool for my kids. I didn't want to drag them at night in the cold to a gym. Needless to say, they were pretty disappointed.
