Modern and nice hotel. The room was rather small, but of nice standard / quality. Bars were nice. The breakfast buffet was very stressful, as there were too few tables, so most days there was a long wait to get a table. The deadline when the breakfast closed, then resulted in a stressful experience, when the planned 1 hour calm breakfast became a stressful experience. Nice quality of the breakfast once we got a table. The hotel should start booking times for breakfast upon check-in, in order to spread out guests so that there is no waiting time. The gym was large and good (also external gym guests, which tends to mean a good size & experience).

Great stylish hotel right in the heart of Itaewon. The location is super convenient considering there’s both a 7/11 and a Starbucks across the street. The rooms were clean. Beds were a little stiff but still comfortable after such a long flight! It made me sad I was only laying over in Seoul and wouldn’t have more time to spend. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay- 5 stars all the way for Mondrian! The hotel is beautiful with amazing art pieces and a beautiful indoor garden display. Restaurants on site all have delicious food with plenty of variety including one of the best Mediterranean restaurants I have ever eaten at with plenty of halal options. The breakfast buffet every morning was fantastic, the best way to start your day before heading out to Seoul. The staff was so friendly and helpful, front door staff and concierge made our lives so much easier coming and going during our stay. The location in Itaewon is excellent, you can walk to the main Itaewon street with restaurants (western and Korean), shopping, and culture- including the beautiful Seoul Grant Central Mosque. Overall, I would highly recommend the Mondrian for anyone visiting Seoul!

For a five star hotel, it feels like the service requires a significant upgrade. To begin with, there is a 15 GBP charge to access the sauna. Breakfast is also quite messy and consistently crowded. Furthermore, the lifts take an eternity to arrive, and quite often we found ourselves having to push open the gigantic front doors ourselves to enter or exit. Regarding our room, the shower water kept flowing out onto the floor. We also ran out of shower gel and had to go out to find staff to ask for more. Finally, the television did not work properly and was not suitable for non Korean speakers. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at Mondrian Seoul Itaewon very much. The hotel is so very nice with beautiful appointed rooms and lovely restaurants and bars.The staff were amazing, they attended to all of our needs and inquiries. Erin was wonderful, she checked us in earlier after our arrival from Italy, arranged to store our luggage in storage until we returned back to the hotel from our Busan stay and looked after us in our last three days in Seoul, she was a gem. Kenny help us navigate and made suggestions for our visits in Seoul and Symphony was so very kind to treat us to some wine and make us feel very special, we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time, thank you to all.
