    Tucked away in a forgotten corner of the Netherlands lies this 400 year old thatched farmhouse in the beautiful scenic landscape of the Salland.  Feather Down Het Wesselink is a mixed farm with 40 hectares of land of which 20 are pasture supporting 60 dairy cows. Sugar beet, corn and potatoes are grown on the remaining land.A holiday at this farm will be an exciting experience for your children to remember on your Overijssel glamping farm holiday. They can help Henk with the calves or look for  fresh eggs. You can also build huts or just enjoy running around the beautiful countryside.The farms in this area are easily recognisable by their colourful green, yellow and red shutters. Situated between the towns of Raalte and Deventer, the Sallandse Heuvelrug national park is close by, as is the Overijssel canal. As part of the Feather Down concept, there is no electricity or WiFi in the cosy accommodations. Candles and oil lamps provide a warm light and a rustic wood stove is available for cooking. Each accommodation has quality bedding, an equipped kitchen, a toilet, a dining area and a barbecue. Dogs are allowed in this location.
