My 2nd time and I will be back!
This is my second stay at this marvelous hotel. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It is so convenient to the Universal Parks. The Hotel is in top-notch condition and everyone who works there is kind and welcoming. I highly recommend the Club Level Benefits. The amenities are luxurious and the Club has recently been renovated and is beautiful.

The hotel is charming and beautifully decorated and it really feels quality. The express passes are a huge bonus. The restaurants are exceptional and we enjoyed everything about our stay, the only criticism is how hard it was to work the machines in the laundrette! We will definitely be back!

Best beds in Orlando
Mattress and pillows are great. Bath towels are too small. Property is in very good condition FOR ITS AGE. Front desk people are surly and overly pompous. It’s not a cheap hotel. Needs true authentic staff not stuffy Need to be more sincere. Quick service italian is TERRIBLE. People couldn’t be nicer but food was BAD.

Great hotel! I’ve stayed at every Universal Orlando resort and this is by far the best. Very unique atmosphere is an escape from the normal theme park resorts. You really do feel like you’re away from the hustle and bustle of the parks but so close to all fun.
