Booking mixup
There was a mixup with our booking which never really got sorted out, the place was a bit tired and I would maybe think it is just managing to hold on to its 4 star status

Very Good8.0
Comfortable, good location but outdated
Hotel was great location and room was comfortable with plenty of spcae. Great views of the city as well. Howvere room was in need of modernising adn there are no sockets next to the bed which is only minor but nice to have for charging devices etc. Also not particlualyy obvious with the main entrance as its a small set of doors set back into the building with not much in the way of signage.

Great location, tired hotel.
Great Location! Room at the front of the hotel are very noisy from activity on George Sqaure. Rooms are large and spacious, but needs a refurb as they are very tired. Bathrooms are also very spacious, but again, are tired and need a refurb.
