Hotel on outskirts of town, a long way from the centre, close to Autobahn. I stayed here because I was attending a seminar at the hotel. The worst thing was the mattress, so very very hard that I could not sleep. I asked for it to be changed but was met with a firm NO! We do not change mattresses and there is nothing we can do. I think that is a bad policy, there should be some understanding of peoples’ different needs. I would not go back for that reason.

Overall, it was a very nice stay, the main entrance to reception was around the back of a building. The hotel is lovely with the decor they have, staff was nice. There isn't much around the hotel except a few stores, but the rail station is not far down the street and takes you directly into city center within about 10/15 minutes. If i was reading it correctly, it looked like you'd have to pay extra to use the pool area and the 2 areas I saw to book a massage or use the pool, were closed.

Beim Checkin wusste die Dame nicht das die Zimmer schon bezahlt waren und sie wollte uns das Frühstück auch noch extra berechnen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war nicht gerade berauschen.

Von der Hauptstrasse sieht man 2 renovierungsbedürftige Hotels an denen vorbei man auf einen der Hotelparkplätze fahren kann. Check in freundlich und schnell Einrichtung Hotel wie auch der Zimmer die wir hatten zusammengewürfelt Es gibt echt schöne Sachen.. aber warum man in einem renovierten Zimmer ein Plüschunterbau fürs Bett hat hat sich mir nicht erschlossen. Meine Matratze war gut die im anderen Zimmer durchgelegen. Abends waren wir im zugehörigen Biergarten ganz schön gemacht,haben Getränke und Speisen bestellt, als es anfing zu regnen sind wir reingegangen.. auch da wirklich schöne Einrichtungen va die alten Waschbecken... etwas schade war der Holzmix Der dazugehörige Aussenbereich hatte auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Service freundlich wobei die ältere Dame des Hauses einen stark überforderten Aber freundlichen Eindruck hinterließ. Das Essen wurde auf dem Grill zubereitet und war mit Abstand das Schlimmste was ich seit Langem probiert habe aber nicht essen konnte. Mit der Kritik wurde professionell umgegangen. Sehr nette Leute aus Augsburg kennengelernt mit denen wir uns gut unterhalten haben.Recht gut geschlafen.leider wurde es kurz nach 6 laut auf dem Hof,warum auch immer Geduscht, runter zum Frühstück Desinfektion etc war ausreichend vorhanden Keine Begrüßung am Buffett etc Als wir die dreckigen Teller gesehen hatten, kein Käse, keine Eierspeisen im leeren Behälter und kein Ansprechpartner sind wir in die Bäckerei und haben da gefrühstückt.
