Hilton Bath City
Base for our Wedding
My husband and I used the Hilton in Bath during our wedding last weekend. The furnishings are slightly dated but the service provided by the staff was excellent and they really helped us to enjoy our wedding celebrations. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay

Hilton Bath City
Expensive, dated, unpleasant hotel!
I would not give it more than 2 stars. For the price we paid it is outrageous how bad it was! The hotel is dated, rooms small and not particularly clean, not to mention modern! The staff however was friendly friendly and changed our room because the toilet in the first room had broken, i found hair in the shower and the list can go on. The most dissapointing hotel experience ever!

Very Good8.0
Very good location and stay
Excellent location and excellent staff. Would recommend to anyone. Only problem was parking wish it came with the price of the hotel room. We had to pay£17.50 extra to park under the car park.

Great location very central. Small but ok rooms. No ITV or channel 4, unclear reception for other TV channels. Housekeepi ng came in three times despite the do not disturb sign on. Reception did not ask if the stay was ok, they were civil but not friendly. Breakfast ok, just not to usual hilton standard. The beakfast team seemed stressed to be asked anything.

Bath September 2018
Slimmest single bed I have ever encountered in a hotel. There were sweet paper wrappers on the floor under the desk meaning it had not been cleaned to the standard expected of a Hilton hotel. The bathroom was so small it was ridiculous. When the fire door immediately outside my room door was wedged open, causing a risk of fire spreading in an emergency, it blocked a large section of my exit route in the event of an emergency. The £12 breakfast was below standard, it was a case of excessive quantity attempting to mask sub par quality.
