Great location for airport, friendly staff and room clean tidy with excellent beds. Was disappointed could not use TV as remote not working and had problems with no water. The water problem was resolved quickly when advised were staff. TV minor problem but feel it should be something that is checked before next guest arrives.

There isn't much in the area so I'm pleased I was only staying one night. The room smelt a bit funny and the rooms are a bit dated but it served its purpose.

Handy half hour shuttle service to and from airport. Shuttle also gave us a lift to Aberdeen station to enable SkyTrain access to downtown. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and had a fridge, and had coffee machine. Only eatery nearby is attached to hotel and provided copious breakfast options. Also serves food until 9:30pm. Good.

Typical Airport Hotel
A typical airport hotel near the airport that provided a regular shuttle service. Also close to a busy road (although not on this road) which, with almost continual traffic, was noisy. The room was more than adequate for the one night. The main downside was the nearby restaurant, EGGspectations, where the food I had was not good.

Not our most enjoyable experience
The room was at the front of the hotel and very noisy with all the traffic on the main street. We had to check out early and I haven't received back my $20 deposit which is 'still pending' even though we didn't have any extra's. The shuttle driver dropped us off at the wrong terminal as well. Finally, there was no information or welcome folder in our room.
