    Good, but tiny bedroom
Great staff, comfy beds and clean rooms. Great facilities such as gym and spa, nice pool too. I stayed in a single 'bunkbed room' which was about the size of Harry Potters cupboard under the stairs-this room should definately be advertised for children not adults as to get into the bed I actually had to crawl in from the end. Also no air conditioning so being in a very small room got very hot (July). Overall, loved the hotel, and the little touches. However, I did feel slightly missold on my bedroom. Would stay again- just in a bigger room!

    Great stay!
Reception staff were fantastic and so nice! Spa facilities are wonderful, although not ideal if you aren’t easily able to go up and down steep stairs. But spa is done out lovely, really cool design. Very noisy (we stayed on a Saturday and hotel is right next to several night clubs) so don’t book if you have trouble sleeping through noise! Beautiful room, very comfy bed. Love the fact the hotel allowed dogs (I took my Dalmatian) and is a lovely location to go from in terms of walks. Cross the road and straight on the beach! Would stay here again.

    Our favorite hotel in Brighton
This is the 5th or 6th time we have stayed here, still our favorite hotel in Brighton (having tried a few B&B's, The Grand and the Malmaison). Pity the Harbour don't seem to be able to recognise we are regular customers, and ask me the same questions every time we check in and treat me as if I have never been to the hotel or brighton before! But the staff are friendly and very helpful, the rooms are well appointed, the free water, gin and sherry is appreciated. Very clean and comfortable with great beds.

    Amazing weekend
Staff at Brighton Harbour Hotel and Spa were lovely, super friendly and couldn’t do enough for me and my partner. There was an original mishap with the room when we arrived at 2am but the team more than made up for it afterwards. Would like to especially mention Aurimas at the bar for being so welcoming and friendly. He should change his name to customer service he’s that good at it!! Food was sublime, 100% recommend the potted beef starter. Room was clean, had a lovely view and the bed was super comfortable. Spa underneath hotel was indescribable, could have spent all day there! Location great, close to the pier. 10/10 hotel could not fault it.

    Poor 2.0
    Awful. Avoid.
I've never been made to feel less valued as a guest in a hotel in my life. Tiny, shabby, dirty room. Appallingly slow service, (we even had to get our menus ourselves), and nobody seemed in the slightest bit interested in putting it right. I emailed to give the management team a chance to respond to criticisms, but nobody bothered to reply, hence the feedback here.
