    Don't recommend.
I was disappointed from the beginning. It's a fact that every hotel says that the room is available from 3pm but I stay in hotels often and they are normally ready by 1pm. This hotel made sure I entered at 3pm so I had no time to appreciate the spa that I actually came here for.... At the check in which was disorganized, they expected me to make a payment of £50 after my original payment. I wasn't happy at all. No hotel has expected me to do that before. I do not trust companies who do this. If I had the time I would have gone elsewhere. I went to my room only for my key not to work so I had to get a new one. I entered my room which was small and clean but was ice cold to the point of me shivering. I asked staff about it and they told me what to do but I was still cold.... I refused to order anything from the hotel due to being so angry at the £50 payment... Luckily I had a good night out to make me feel better and made sure I necked a few Jack Daniels to warm me up for my cold room. I'll definitely be back to Brighton. I will never be back to this hotel.

Lovely hotel situated on the seafront near to the pier. Service was very professional but with a friendly touch. The outstanding point to this hotel is the spa facilities and gym. If leisure activities and relaxation is your thing then this hotel is a must. Close to The Lanes for shopping and browsing and on the seafront for that beach feel, this hotel ticks all boxes!

    Needs improvement and better management.
We booked this hotel for a 1 night stay mainly because the rooms and spa looked and nice and the good location. Check in was fine and the receptionist was friendly and the room was small but clean. We were happy, however when it came to sleeping this was near impossible. The hotel is close to a big nightclub which stays open until 4am on a Saturday night and the base and noise was VERY loud all night long (even with earplugs in I could hear and feel the bass) overall a very poor nights sleep. Also they had no curtains, just shutters which didn't block out all the light. Tired, the next morning we went to have breakfast.. worst breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Staff seemed to not know what was a going on, so basically no service other than eventually being shown to a table that did not have all the cutlery needed. No coffee offered and on asking was told the machine was broken. (Maybe just put out some hot water and coffee sachets at least?) Hardly any food dispute there being an hour and 15 minutes left of breakfast. 2 croissants left which looked like they had been sat on. Really disappointing as I look forward to breakfast when staying away. We used the spa facilities which were ok. Could be really nice if again, the staff were more organised. No towels, water dispensers empty, no conditioner left in showers, the spa is looking a little tired as ceilings and tiles around pool mouldy but the wooden hot tubs were nice. I wouldn't stay here again. It is way overpriced.
