Second time staying here spread apart by several years. They have spent some time on the front of house experience and hallways but the rooms remain tired and shabby. On the plus side, there are many more eating options now than there were a few years ago.

We stayed at this hotel the night before our flight as it was conveniently located near the airport with a restaurant at that location. Overall the hotel was great, clean and the staff was friendly. We had a problem with our AC and the front desk member was able to fix the problem and put us in a different room right away. We will definitely come back.

The room was hot and small for 4 people. The sofa bed slats broke twice. We could not manage to turn off the heat or the sound of the fan and heating and as a result had a very low quality sleep in a hot room. The rooms need updating. The toilet had a smell of urine. It was clean, but there was a smell of urine coming from somewhere. I also did not get my $10 change from the restaurant. That was my fault as I was distracted by my kids. But no one called after me to give me my change. Overall, a very poor quality stay in Novotel. The front of house reception was very nice and accommodating.

Hébergement vétuste pour un Novotel, clairement pas aux standards de la marque. Salle de bain avec des joints plus très clean, une baignoire qui a connu une vie douloureuse et rafistolée (un gros trou rebouché), une étanchéité douteuse puisqu’a chaque douche je me suis retrouvée les pieds dans une flaque d’eau. Clairement déçue surtout au vue du prix de la nuit
