Loveley Stay bit far out of town n more like a motel than hotel.lack of comfortable seating for someone who wants to sit and have a few beers with his little dog.No proper bottles of ale ie brown ale .or ipa but this was made up for because of your helpfull friendly staff.Heating far to warm for us hardy northerners.Stayed in the ibis at Swansea a lot of times maybe you could look at this hotel and take on board what changes theyve made over the last 8 years.Hope you dont take offence at my comments cos like i said youre staff tip top if the venue was as good youd be an even better place to stay.good luck to you all .William n Jarvis.P.S.Dont know what position Eve holds but she is a real trooper and worth her weight in gold to your establishment.
