After arriving from a long drive it was so pleasant to be met by courteous staff and a slick and seamless check in. The hotel was central to fantastic local restaurants and attractions. The hotel artwork and galleries are beautiful. I ended up staying an extra night, a process the hotel staff handled without any fuss. A great hotel, and terrific experience.

Worst Hotel I Ever Stayed In
I would have given a worse review if they didn't give us a partial refund due to Hurricane Nicole (only thanks to Hotels.com). This was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. Check in was smooth and easy, however prepare to pay ALOT for either valet or garage parking. We asked where our rooms were, and we were ushered across the street (not the main hotel), through the walkways the carpets were stained and filthy looking. Once in the room, it was small and no view (which we knew), carpet was filthy, there was a stain on the comforter on the bed, the air register was dripping water right when you walked in the room, so the floor was wet, only 3 out of the 6 outlets worked and when taking a shower the water sprayed everywhere and the floor was soaked!!!!!! Plus the self that would have been used to place your shampoo and soap on was slanted and everything slid off. This hotel - at least the room they put us in - was NOT worth the money and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The rooftop bar was nothing to write home about. It was very disappointing. As mentioned it would have got a worse rating but we did get two nights back due to the weather.

Overrated
We were given a room with a door that didn’t open easily. In order to open it, one has to push it with one’s body. Forget about opening it from the inside. This was potentially dangerous in case of emergencies. The room was not especially clean. The bathroom baseboards were dusty. There was no turndown service and they didn’t always pick up the trash.
