The Food needs improve They make very little food in the buffet and the guests were upset. I saw that the three times I ate there. the a la carte restaurant is a little better but they did not have several plates including desert on the menu, they do not specify that there are not have several things on the menu, they They use food from the day before and according to them they intend to turn it into another dish, the problem is the food was already exposed to the heat the day before, so when they dress it up the other day it is hard and dry. I have more than ten years in the food and service industry and I realize what they do.

Didn"t have to leave the property if you didn't want to. Carlos was excellent in helping us out with trips. Front desk guys knew us by name -- very good memories. Patio was best restaurant in my opinon and beach side bar was the bomb. Liked the Snack Machine but had weird hours. Ease of covid test to gain entey back to US. Will definitely be back.

The first room we were assigned was very poor. The curtains were so rotted there were large patches of light that came through. Outside door had gaps on the bottom and sides that mice could crawl through. If you went into the bath/shower area and closed the door behind you it could not be opened. Someone from the other-side had to help....no handle, not leveled. AND... it was not the king size bed we reserved. Desk said that they did not have a king size bed for us!

I rarely do a bad review but this one it needed. We added days on to an rci exchange and the room we received was a "garden view" it would have been nice to see a garden instead of the back of the restaurant with the exhaust fan blowing into our room when we opened the sliding door. The food was not good. On the 5th day I got sick and the resort doctor came and said it was travelers sickness. We didn't eat anywhere but the resort, the resort doctor charged $120 US to treat me for something I got at the resort. It is a $15 taxi ride into town if you want to leave the resort for other food options. Will stay away from this one, we love Cozumel though.
