The hotel is a bit dated, but clean and most appliances worked fine. The mini-fridge was the smallest I've seen a hotel. The breakfast was somewhere between a continental and a real breakfast. The main item was waffles. The length of the breakfast was a bit restrictive: 6-8am. There was no oatmeal, meat or eggs. One attraction for me for this hotel was it offered breakfast, but there was little I normally eat and not much I wanted to.

Our beds and bathrooms were clean, but the hotel is rather rundown and outdated. Staff was polite and friendly. Pool was closed. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the hallway smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We kept our window open and fan running, but there was still a slight cigarette smell in our room. The binder in our room listed breakfast as 6-9am, but when we went down to eat at 7:55 there was a sign saying breakfast was from 6-8. Most of our family wasn’t up yet, so they did not get anything. All they had was yogurt, waffles, and cereal. One other thing—when we first arrived there was no remote control in our room. We left for a couple of hours and when we came back there was one sitting on the table. I feel a little weird about someone coming in our room after we had checked in to put that there.

I started off knowing that it wasn’t going to be cleanest of cleans because of the style of hotel. I’m fine with that. However, the pillow in the room was notably yellow. There was hair in the sheets. The bathroom heat light cover was broken and the fixtures were exposed and the dust would fall when the light was turned on. The staff were nice. The booking was easy. I’d stay again on a budget but definitely bringing my own blanket and pillow.

Staff is great. However the hotel is very very ran down. Missing flooring. Bathroom was a wreck holes in the door, also door wouldn’t latch shut. The mini fridge also doesn’t stay closed. The room was clean tho and the bedding was clean. The kids had a good time. Random people staying in the parking lot.
