Good after Bad
Excellent location. Beds comfortable and rooms decent size. Hotel lobby was lovely and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms in definite need of a referb and the flooring needs to be the first upgrade. This is my second visit here ( in error) as my first stay was dire. Opposite the cleaners room so noisy from 7am with shouting and main air conditioning units/ generators buzzing all night. Anyway think I blocked the first experience from my mind as I booked the same hotel again with no cancellation option. Was mortified so called the hotel and asked for a quiet and cleaner room. Luckily this time with a nice room and no cleaners shouting I had a lovely stay :). My recommendation is if you’re not happy ask at reception to move as some rooms are better than others. Never made breakfast in the 5 days we were there as it was New Year so out celebrating. Tip to the hotel - if you have rooms near the cleaners office / hang out area explain that customers are there to relax and sleep ;)

Exceptional 10.0
Great location . 10 mins walk to acropolis and also great for wandering small streets right along to Plaka and shopping . We loved it and booked to stay another night . The buffet breakfast offers something for everyone and the reception staff were so friendly and helpful with tips and directions . Would definitely recommend this to people as a mid level great value hotel and we will be back

Great staff.
The hotel is very well used. It's location near Plaka is ideal. Plenty of eateries within a stones throw. It feels a little tired in its decor and the bathrooms all need sprucing up. But its useable, useful and with Athens traffic, a hotel in such a location is perfect for the tourist. I visit Athens and Greece many times a year for business. I needed a hotel room very near the seminar I was due to attend. What stood out for me after I booked a room was the service. At the end of a long day I fell asleep in the lobby. By the time I was gently woken my bags had been loaded into a taxi and I was guided sleepily into the car. Well done! Great stuff!

Perfect location, nice hotel.
Good hotel in a perfect location around the corner from the Acropolis metro station. Lobby very nice good breakfast and nice touch like free juice and water. Rooms need updating slow Wi-Fi and air con not the greatest. Solid choice of hotel.

Easter break in Athens
We stayed for 3 nights over easter weekend. The staff were great and really looked after us - looking up information for us, arranging a late check out - really couldn't fault their service and level of attention. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony which was great to relax on after a day of walking around Athens. Only slight niggle was the loud noises from the hotel's plumbing which woke my wife on our first night. Location was excellent - 2 mins walk to the metro, loads of xhops and restaurants close by, and the accropolis just around the corner.
