Little gem on the coast
I came across the Grand on a business trip and wanted to thank you for a great stay. The rooms are a little tired, but I could see there was work happening to improve this. What makes this place is the staff. They are extremely friendly, professional and a credit to the Grand. The concierge (sorry I didn't get his name) was very helpful. I have to also thank the restaurant and bar staff. The food was excellent and a big thank you to Keri, the assistant manager of the restaurant. Fabulous service and very knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. You are a credit to your hotel and I will definitely revisit. Thank you Grand!

A welcome break
Love this Hotel. Its spacious and quiet. I cannot fault it. The staff are so friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent. Its a perfect location. Its my second visit and I would always choose it again. The fellow guests were very friendly too.
