Not the quietest place
Bit noisy. Room was on ground floor and people stood outside the window chatting. Room was too light for me. Air conditioning was good. Doors banging late at night disturbed me.

Average Hotel in a Great Location
The hotel was in a great location to use as a base for visiting London and its staff were friendly and efficient. However, we had a very noisy room, from both outside and inside the building. The noise from the constant traffic and sirens made sleep difficult, as did the shouting from inconsiderate guests outside our room at 4am. The room was so small that there was no wardrobe facility, so we had to live out of our luggage for the duration of our stay. These issues all contributed to an average overall rating. It could be so much better! We made use of nearby facilities for breakfast and were impressed with the number and range of restaurants and shops within a short walking distance.

Top shower
Best shower in London. Normally showers in London are a dribble of water. Here it was like standing under a waterfall. Generally a very well designed room, with everything thought of. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Visiting relative at UCLH which conveniently was across the road from the hotel. The reception area poorly managed. Booking for breakfast likewise. Food in the restaurant however was very good.

Essential short stay - OK for a night
Great location for easy access to the area, very compact room but with everything you would need for a short stay. I didn't find check-in particularly friendly and the lift was not working on the morning of my check out. The room faced out onto a well lit street but the blinds did not meet the window to be able to block out any outside lights overnight so getting to sleep was difficult with a streetlight shining on me
