A lovely hotel, ideally located near Euston station. Smart, spotless room with a generously sized en suite with shower. Quiet, given its proximity to such a busy main road. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to leave luggage with them after I'd checked out which was a great help (I was able to collect just before catching my train). I didnt use the restaurant this time, but it was busy, which is always a good sign. I was very pleased with my stay here and will stay again and will recommend to others.

Asked for seperate beds, got a 150 bed. Only one duvet for two, asked for seperate ones, which did get delivered. Though with one sheet instead of two duvet covers. We gave up asking for help at this point. There was a window instead of walls into the bathroom, and no locks on the sliding doors. Which made taking a dump and a shower quite.... interesting... Very close to Euston Station though, which made it easier to get to another place, so that's good!
