There are three aspects that make this property absolutely outstanding: 1. The view from the room is simply sensational. Sitting on the balcony taking in the beach and the sea is sublime. 2. The spa. Where do you get three large saunas and a pool? Very enjoyable. 3. The breakfast is top notch. It might feel a bit busy, but once you sit next to the window overlooking there beach, all is forgotten. The buffet offers all the trimmings and the omelette was just right.

Ok place for an overnight stay

We were probably a bit unlucky with our stay, as we happened to arrive during Travemünde Woche, with lots of activities and concerts right outside the hotel. Loud music and heavy bass went on late into the night. That was a bit of a disappointment, especially since we had paid extra for a nice room with a balcony and sea view. The room itself was comfortable, and the view was fantastic. However, the air conditioning was either absent or not working properly, so it turned into a warm night. In the end, we had to air out the room through the balcony, even though it was discouraged. Otherwise, there were few amenities. Room service closed early, and the bar—which was supposed to stay open late—was closed before 9 p.m. Beautiful beaches. The surrounding area is a bit worn, but still charming. A decent place to stop for a night.

Rent och fräscht. På eftermiddagen när vi kom tillbaks efter en cykelutflykt så renoverade man ett rum bredvid vårat. Mycket oljud men vi kontaktade receptionen och fick ett annat rum. Trevliga omgivningar för cykelturer. Vid inomhuspoolen var det ganska störande ljud från vattenfallet. Bra frukost och trevlig personal. Vore önskvärt att ha rökförbud på balkongerna. Vi kunde inte sitta ute pga att grannarna rökte. Alternativt kan väl rökarna ha en sida av hotellet.
