A clean, modern, stylish & peaceful hotel
A lovely clean, modern, stylish & peaceful hotel close to the M6 about 25 minutes from the centre of Birmingham. The reception and housekeeping staff were friendly. Comfort levels were good. The restaurant food was decent, well cooked. The breakfast was varied and tasty. Overall a nice experience.

Niggles but we would stay again
Very convenient, easy to and from the motorway, the NEC Birmingham and Coventry city centres, ideal if like us you need to visit all three.. A nice comfortable hotel with a good ambience let down by a few niggles. The receptionist Thursday afternoon was first class and very very helpful. Housekeeping was mixed, Friday good, Saturday the room was missed. Either way we had no tea and milk. The bathroom sink was very slow to empty, so bad it could not cope with a slow running tap while cleaning teeth. I cannot believe housekeeping would have not reported this as it must have been obvious when cleaning the sink. On arrival the room was very cold as the heating was off, but reasonably quickly warmed up once I switched it on. There was another issue but this was nothing to do with the hotel management or interfered with our stay as we were checking out when it happened. Another guest near our room was smoking Cannabis on Sunday morning. I did report it but don't know what management did about it.
