One night stay
Stayed here for one night; check in was pretty smooth (they did query whether we had paid but were happy to see the confirmation on my phone) and we were pleased with the room as it had a large comfy bed and a good shower. Service in the bar was a bit slow but the staff were pleasant. We were there for an event and the meal served was very good and hot! - a few more veg with the main would have been appreciated though. We went for another drink after the meal and again this was a slow process; by this time you couldn't pay by cash or card and had to charge to the room - no problem but we had to go to reception to put a deposit down which seemed a bit odd. Then in the morning we had to pay for the drinks and apparently the other money will be refunded - a long winded way of doing things! We didn't use the pool or the spa so can't comment on that

Firstly, they have vood, spaciois rooms, all the staff were very friendly, there is gorgeous relaxing leisure facilities and a very warm ambiance. Stratford manor
Great stay friendly and helpful staff, great food slightly pricey for food and drinks but you pay for what you get, well worth a stay and check out all the local surroundings, ideally located from all attractions and main town totally recommend

Should be beautiful but rooms are tatty and our bathroom actually smelt. The floor in the batroom was dirty as were the tiles around the bath. Breakfast staff are miserable not a smile out of one of them. Constantly running out of food and the breakfast room wasnt even full. Disappointing.

Really Enjoyed Our Stay
No problems, nice room, great breakfast, polite helpful Staff, Hotel in a good location being not too far to drive from Stratford, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would have the car park hedges cut right down, I did think my vehicle could have been vulnerable.especially being no security barriers working on the driveway.

Nice stay... let down by staff sickness
The hotel is fabulously placed just a £6 Uber ride into town. My wife and I booked it up specifically to use the Spa and in particular have massages which were pre booked two weeks prior to our stay. So we were very annoyed when on the way to the hotel we received a phone call to say that they could not honnor the booking as there was a therapist off sick. I am sure we were not the only ones affected but you would think there would be a back up system for such eventually. The spa was very busy with hen parties having treatments and in my mind I think the central booking system had failed to communicate our booking to the hotel. The hotel was busy, and breakfast was chaos dispute the hotel suggesting quite times to come and have your breakfast.
