This was the 4th time I stayed at this hotel over the course of 18 months. Personally I think standards have slipped. General cleanliness of the hotel has slipped. The first time I stayed here I gave it 5 stars for cleanliness. 18 months later the standard has dropped. A trash bin at the entrance to the hotel was full and stayed this way for 3 nights, I left today and it still was not emptied. My room was clean enough to not complain but could have been better. The overhead shower head was full of limescale and the jets of water suffered as a result. The bin in my bathroom was full with sanitary towels and had not been emptied prior to my arrival. Breakfast choice has also slipped over the time, jams rarely replaced and a poor selection of available food to be blunt. Overall nice enough to stay but the hotel has proved it can do better.
