Crowne Plaza Plymouth
Very Good8.0
Check in was delayed due to a busy weekend for the hotel which was disappointing after a long travel time. Overall very happy with the hotel offerings and room comfort.

Booked this hotel for our wedding anniversary.Very disappointed to find the pool and gym was closed on the Sunday morning. One reason we booked this hotel.Hotel not worth the price charged without it. Having eaten in the Pierre Marcus White restaurant before and thoroughly enjoyed it we decided to go on this visit .However the service was poor our waitress tried very hard but was let down by her colleagues we waited at least 20 minutes for our drinks. The food was very poor quality the fries were warmed up and the food badly presented. We didn't complain at the time as we were trying to enjoy our anniversary. On a positive note my husbands steak was nice. For the price I would have expected the food to be first class sadly it missed the mark by a very long way and on top of that a service charge was added to our bill.So in all a very disappointing experience.
