Reliable, quiet stopover before morning flight. Did not use facilities or restaurant, reception staff were very polite, check-in and check-out smooth and shuttle service to airport on time and reliable. Find the shuttle bus in bay 18 at Stansted airport.

Staff wete lovely , bed very comfortable, but i dont see why we should pay for parking for the one night that we was there. If we was leaving it there for a week maybe, but we paid for a one night stay in the hotel and feel it should be free if you are sleeping there.

On arrival we were greeted by the loveliest of a person…what a credit he is to Novotel and if isn’t already deserves promotion….sadly I never got his name…he was a young man possibly French…we stayed in room 170. Only down side was paying £16 return from and back to the airport….this was free if you were hiring a car which we weren’t.we would stay again if in London…Breakfast was lovely to….the bed was a good size as was the tv ….the fridge was a lovely plus to….

10/10 Exceptional

Check in was courteous and quick, room was clean and well maintained, Breakfast was plentiful and the hot buffet was hot and well cooked/kept freshly replenished i.e. the Bacon which in other hotels can be leathery to eat was nicely cooked and not kept too long to lose all its moisture and flavour, the staff were helpful in providing GF food options for me. The only downside was the cost of a 0.75l bottle of mineral water which was £4.00 way over the top, suggest you bring bottled water for your room with you if possible. Overall an enjoyable stopover for flying from Stanstead airport and only £4.00 each way on the shuttle which ran regularly every 30mins.
