The room was clean and quiet. Overall, the experience was good. But one minor issue was the toilet seat would not stay in the upright position and had to be held while "doing my business." It would have also been nice to have ice machines on all floors rather than having to take the elevator down to the lobby for ice. But those are minor things and we would rate the hotel as a recommended stay.
