Great Location with Leisure Facilities
My husband and I stayed 2 nights at beginning Dec. A cosy, quirky hotel near the centre and old town, situated up a steep hill down from Stirling Castle. Our 2nd visit. We like the pool, steam room, sauna and hot tub. Unfortunately the jacuzzi and the lift were being refurbished when we were there. We chose to eat and drink out as plenty bars and restaurants nearby. We’ll be back.

Good location
The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the town centre. The spa facilities are excellent and they are getting a new jacuzzi later this month. We had a slight issue in our room however the general manager addressed the situation and we were more than happy with the outcome and how the matter was dealt with. Situations arise in all locations and it is how the staff deal with these matters that makes all the difference. Would definitely stay again.
