Excellent hotel in a great location
From our arrival in the Isa Design hotel to our departure our stay was a great experience. The hotel throughout was spotless and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious for our needs and we had a small balcony with adequate seating which overlooked a very quiet courtyard. The bathroom was not huge but had everything we required (no bath but a shower) toiletries and a hair-dryer. A television was also in the room if you had the time to view, we did not, Excellent Wi-Fi facilities available and I nearly forgot to mention there was also a trouser press. A laundry service was provided if needed. Our room was on the 2nd floor but there was a lift which could be used if you were not able to manage the stairs. Buffet breakfast was served on the roof-top terrace which was on the 6th floor, again the lift was available for those not able to manage the stairs. The choice of food was more than adequate with hot and cold selection and the chef would cook you an omelette if wanted. The roof-top terrace at night-time served as a bar which had a lovely atmosphere and you over looked the Vatican which was illuminated. For us this hotel was in a great location for the most popular sights. We walked but local transport was readily available if needed. Would certainly recommend

Very good 8.0
Modern Hotel close to Vatican City
Albeit brief, my stay at the Hotel Isa was lovely. The staff was very polite, spoke English very well, and were very accommodating. The decor is very modern and is very apparent when you drive/walk up to the entrance. The hotel is very clean and well lit and is located on a main street. There are a couple of places to eat in the area, as well as a small souvenir store almost next door. The elevator is not very convenient to get to, as you have to go up some steps to reach the door and the car is very small - fits only 4 people at a time. There is a luxurious feel to the whole place, and a sense of safety as well. The wifi works well, and the hotel also has an internet station for guests. The room was very clean and was decorated with beautiful wood, curtains, and an ample bed. However, the room I had was quite small - not a much room to move around as the bed took up most of the space. The bathroom was well stocked with extra toiletries and in my room, there was a bidet toilet. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for tourists to stay for the proximity to the Vatican (which I believe is within a 15-minute walk), to restaurants, and just far enough to escape the noise and bustle of the main areas in Rome.

Good 6.0
This hotel looks very nice and pretty clean .. however there are somethings that need to be tweaked. They NEED better concierge services.. far as restaurants your on your own they could only recommend 2 maybe 3. They do not have enough universal charges you have to wait for someone to check out to retrieve one.. might want to bring your own. Go in your room without permission. ( had please don’t enter sign and still enter my room). They stole my apple charger. The shower leaked uncontrollably, so it left the bathroom drenched. When it was time to check out didn’t feel warm feeling. Didn’t help with my bags. And NEVER ONCE SAID THANKS FOR STAYING WITH US OR BYE! Dont usually complain, but this takes the cake!Probably won’t stay here again. Great location though. It’s in the middle of everything.

Very good 8.0
The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood. It is close to the historical places that I wanted to see, most of them within walking distance. The hotel is very clean, well staffed with good and pleasant people, who are very accommodating to our needs. The air conditioner is working great. Breakfast is excellent with lots of food to choose from. We had to leave early one day for a tour and they gave us care package to take with us. I surely would want to stay there again if I have to be in Rome.. The only thing that is a bit of inconvenience is the lift. There is only one which is not spacious enough. We have to take the steps all the time. But all in all I am so happy to have stayed in this hotel.

Exceptional 10.0
The staff at this hotel were so friendly and professional and were always helpful. We visited from 8th-12th sept. it was my husbands birthday on arrival and within minutes of us getting in our room we received a complimentary bottle of champagne. The hotel is in a quiet and safe area of the city very close to the vatican city. There are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean with ample storage and a room safe. We also benefitted from a balcony with just enough room for a table and two chairs. The bathroom was modern and clean but the shower takes some working out.! Breakfast was included and was served on the roof terrace overlooking st peters basilicca( stunning view) The choices for breakfast were amazing. You could have freshly cooked eggs with bacon/ sausage. There were warm croissants/ toast/ bread. Choice of cereals and cakes and pastries. You could also have prosecco. I really cant fault this hotel we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend. It is an oasis of calm in a bustling city. Will definately go back. Thank you to everyone for making our stay such a good one.
