The room had dusty furniture. The towels were small and the shower has no soap holder and splashed out onto the floor. The bartender attempted to fill ice in our water bottles by hand. The airport shuttle runs limited hours and doesn't go to terminal 1. There is also a fee for it matching what a couple would pay for a Bolt anyway. On the good side the breakfast was excellent. The front desk and breakfast staff were very polite and helpful.
