First thing is that this hotel looks nothing like the pictures on the website. It was a definite downgrade once I got here. Check in was quick and easy. There were some very sketchy people here which I believe stay for weeks. The room had a bad odor so housekeeping brought me some Febreeze air freshener. The bathroom was very small with mold on the ceiling as there is no fan in there. The beds are not very comfortable and the heater is a little noisy. To my surprise there was no noise at night that I could hear over the heater. I came for a 1 night stay so the room did the job but I will not be returning back to this hotel in the future. There is a Red Lion Inn a block away that would probably be a better choice.

Terrible surprise upon arrival...they wanted an additional $200 cash deposit, which you don't find out about until arrival if you are booking in a rush on the road. Then trying to reach hotels.com is a nightmare for refunds or even to get a live person. Won't book on hotels.com again as a result either. Also, if they need a $200 cash deposit from you, it means the hotel is ghetto and has a lot of problems with clientel there. That was obvious more upon arrival and seeing the place.

College town environment and close to trains, cars, busses and unregulated exhaust pipes. The rules states no loud noises/music by 10pm. It also means make loud noises and booming music by 10pm. No smoking in room, also means they’ll give you a room someone who smokes have been in. Also if you book two rooms, make sure you have four times more money in your account because EACH room is $200 deposit in ONE name plus the cost of each room per night. You get hole-y sheets and loud neighbors who wants everyone to hear their business and smell their putrid habit.

Great except dirty duvet cover, food left in bathroom sink, and dirty water coming from either a dirty shower handle or just muddy pipes (water seemed fine tho).

Pleasant stay for the most part. It got kind of loud in the afternoon, but was taken care of.
