Hotel Columbia
Roman holiday
We had a great time in Rome. The staff of the Hotel Columbia were very friendly & helpful. Standard of cleanliness was very high. The breakfast had a good range of foods. The hotel was handy for the station and within walking distance of most of the sites. The roof terrace was a good place to debrief after our day and the drinks were reasonably priced. I would use this hotel again and would recommend it to family and friends.

Short stay in Rome
Very helpful and friendly staff. Good location.

Comfortable and central location with absolutely fabulous service from every member of staff, they went out of their way to help us make the most of Rome. The only little niggle was that the bed was not very supportive, although we didn't say anything when we were there and maybe should have. However, overall, we had a great stay and would go back. A lovely little hotel, with some great restaurants close by and all the Roman attractions were within 20 minutes walk.

A gem in the jungle of hotels around Termini
Saying that I was 100% satisfied with this hotel is an understatement. I loved the hotel location, service, facilities, decor, but the best element was the attitude of the hotel staff. I felt genuinely taken care of. The hotel is a combination of the modern and the rustic. Simplistic inside the rooms, but one can see it's by choice. High ceiling, spacious room, reliable internet, substantial breakfast, lovely people - I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Friendly, clean and great location
This may just be a 3 star hotel but the staff were so attentive and eager to help. The location was great as was near to termini station so easy access to trains, busses and metro. The breakfast was hearty and the coffee lovely. The beds were the comfiest I've ever slept on in a hotel. All in all would strongly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Rome
