Disappointed.
We realize it is under renovation, but I’ve stayed at the Meliá many times before. The A/C was too loud and could not be temperature controlled, the bed was uncomfortable-made a lot of noise, the bathroom had singing pies and was uncomfortably small, the toilet was too low and when flushed the water was discolored, the bottom drawer of the dresser had no pull-handles so you couldn’t open it, no parking attendant on the premises, the hallway rugs were bunched up and filthy, you only had one key to room 113 so we had to share it with the cleaning staff, BUT the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Rooms not upgraded to this century. Beds horrible, pillows worse. Bathroom falling apart. Elevator is scary. TV had only 1 channel, No wifi, no parking, terrible accommodations overall. Equivalent to a bad motel 6. Not worth the price. Great location & very welcoming staff.
