The hotel is under going a refurb which was probably long overdue. Our room, on check-in could have been cleaner. Dying cockroach in bathroom, bird poo all over patio furniture and dubious feel to the carpets, however, staff were brilliant. Breakfast buffet (kids eat free) definitely worth it. Wildlife galore throughout the resort which was amazing for the children. Pool absolutely freezing, everyone tried to hog the hot-tub. Lovely surroundings. Cute private beach with free activities. I expect after the makeover, it will truly be a five star resort.

The food available here is so far bad it’s indescribable. The hotel is fine, pool and location perfect, the bar is fun but the restaurant food is crap. We booked 3 rooms over a year ago & requested to be near each other. On arrival rooms had not been allocated & we could not be near each other. The bathroom in renovated room smelt of sewer. Buildings are very tired, needs an upgrade. Suite very dated. Not a kitchen, just a microwave. Rooms not worth asking price. Could definitely be more of an atmosphere. Staff are friendly. Food expensive.
