A great night's stop
We stayed one night before catching the ferry to PEI. Very friendly staff; a clean, comfortable room; nothing exceptional, but nothing to complain about either.

All Positive!
Can't fault this one, receptionist lady very friendly and helpful, directed us to various eateries nearby, room clean and fresh, bed very comfy. Breakfast adequate for our needs, coffee available all day in lobby. We ended up going to an irish pub called the Dock which, although very busy and noisy, had both great atmosphere and staff.

Recommend a different hotel with less noise
Had to wait for 15 minutes well the person behind me cut in line to get a key card for the gym that they couldnt use because only one person per time. Checking in. Had teenagers runing up and down the hallways banging on the door repeatly until 2300. Whi h is fine they are kids but still wpuld have liked a peaceful night. Music in the room across the hallway woke us up at 2am that was fun. Then 0500 the kids were back at running up and down the hallways. We were in a non smoking room on the third floor yet every 30 minites you would get a good smell of cigarettes smoke smell throighout the whole room. I completely understand kids wanting to run around that not an issue. The issue was that it was non stop. I just wanted a peaceful night away for my first time in New Glasgow. Will not be coming back.

The folks at the hotel were fabulous..we arrived in a terrible snowstorm with so much to tote into the rooms - we were given an upgrade so we could have easy access. Wonderful spot and great staff. Highly recommend

Stayed her multiple times. We always enjoy our stay particularly because some rooms Have a fridge and microwave. Lots of room, bathroom was immaculately clean as was the rest of the room. A great overnight stay!
