Loved it. The pools have lots of fun activities for kids if they still gave energy left over after the amusement parks. Very good rooms, new and swanky.
Rooms are very tired and areas of the hotel dirty. Complaints are very slow to be responded to.
Superb accommodation which was both clean and comfortable with first class service. The reception was quick and efficient and the receptionist Meagan could not have been more helpful, we paid for the fourteenth floor facilities which were good value and were a very welcome retreat to return to after a busy day shopping. Can’t wait to come back
Beautiful hotel and staff were very welcoming and helpful.
High standard hotel in Orlando, possibly the best facility in the area.
Wonderful!! I wish we’d stayed longer.
The Ritz Carlton is an exceptional hotel, the staff cannot do enough for you, the whole complex is stylish and so clean, the rooms are spotless and turned down twice a day to a very high standard, the amenities and outdoor areas are top notch. The location is perfect for those who want to be very close to the parks, restaurants, shopping ETC but far enough away to feel out of it. the small touches around the pool like fruit and water and lens cleaners for your sunglasses, the layout of 3 towels per sun bed. We absolutely loved every second of our stay and wont stay anywhere else when going to Orlando.
The Ritz Carlton is our go to hotel every year and it never fails to impress. The building itself is modern, clean and classy. It has every facility you expect from a world class hotel. The staff are amazingly polite and will literally bend over backwards to help you out with anything at all. The dining options range from a quick (but delicious) bite at the hotel bars to 5 star dining in Normans restaurant. My favorites being the Jerky from the Highball & Harvest and the BBQ chicken tenders from 'Bleu' pool bar. We even ordered room service one night which had great options and wasn't TOO expensive either. The pool area itself is one of my favorite places in the world. It is so calm and relaxing, the staff are attentive and the surroundings are natural and peaceful. Surely the ideal place to sit with a beer in the sun and watch the world go by. The hotel offers a help desk for buying theme park tickets which we have found very useful in the past and they also offer free shuttles to the major Orlando parks. Special shout outs to Nicholas Bowers, our shuttle driver and Kyle from Bleu who both offered exceptional service. The worst part of our stay was having to leave! We will almost definitely be back next year though.
THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF IN THE MORNING SHIFT OF 26TH JUNE 2018 WAS TERRIBLE AND IT TOOK THEM 45 MINUTES TO PREPARE MY BILL AND CHECK ME OUT IN-SPITE OF ME CALLING THEM 4-5 TIMES 2 HOURS PRIOR TO MY CHECK OUT AND I ALMOST MISSED MY FLIGHT TO NEW YORK FROM ORLANDO AIRPORT DUE TO THIS HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE OF CHECK OUT AT THE HOTEL FRONY DESK SPECIALLY WHEM I WAS THE ONLY ONE AT THE QUE FOR TAKING THE CHECK OUT AT 8.45AM.
The Ritz Carlton Orlando was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The hotel itself is large and luxurious, and the rooms are fantastic. We had a spacious room, with the most comfortable bed, huge TV and a balcony over looking the gorgeous pool below. We could even see the Disney fireworks in the distance - something that made our honeymoon truely special. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and they even gave us a bottle of champagne on arrival and some chocolate covered strawberries. The Ritz Carlton only had a couple of restaurant (both of which I would highly recommend) But you can walk over to the Marriot next door (not even a 5 minutes walk) and use their restaurants too. (I recommend Whisper Creek for their Waygu Beef burger) The pool was wonderful, and we enjoyed the lazy river too! All in all it was a fantastic hotel which we would highly recommend to all.
