Location was great, and your welcomed by a very nice bar that looked good. Check in - pretty poor. No information on breakfast, no information on what the hotel had to offer. Just a card payment taken and a key given Breakfast was fine and the service as we entered the restaurant was really good to be fair Room was cold, half the shower panel was missing. A little noisy from the beer garden down stairs. Lift was also broken Definitely looks better than it is. I would stay again, mainly for location and only if price was competitive

The hotel was stylish, a good central location with very nice and helpful staff. unfortunately I had a poor night sleep as the windows in my hotel room need updating and it didn’t block out the sound from the road outside. The room itself was tidy and clean but in the bathroom the lino was starting to come up and the paint work under the bath and the cladding around sink could do with touch ups from a wear and tear you would get from daily wet use. The breakfast was decent with plenty on offer, I would say the choice of bacon was on the fatty side and watery but suppose that’s a personal choice. I would return but would request a room on a higher floor to rear of building to try and block out that sound.

We stayed at The Harrogate Inn for 4 nights surrounding our wedding—3 nights leading up to the big day and 1 night after—and it was the absolute best decision. Not only was it ideal for the two of us, but it also served as the primary hotel for 50–60 of our wedding guests. The venue was completely ideal for our needs. Being centrally located right in the heart of Harrogate and incredibly close to the train station made things seamless, especially since we had a lot of international guests traveling in for the occasion. Having those 3 days beforehand allowed us to easily coordinate with everyone, walk to nearby spots, and handle last-minute details without any stress.The room itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, with an incredibly plush bed. Our guests absolutely loved gathering together at the hotel's epic bar. The customer service was warm and helpful throughout our stay, and to top it all off, the Sunday roast was absolutely to die for! If you are planning a wedding or looking for a central venue that can seamlessly host a large group of family and friends, I highly recommend The Harrogate Inn. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for providing such fantastic hospitality during the most exciting week of our lives! We plan to come back every time we are back in the UK.
