Host not present in arrival, needed to phone to get access to property. Room good with comfortable bed. On suite had half height shower cubicle. Shower head needed cleaning and also no waste bin in ensure. Breakfast was very good and Simon was very friendly

Pleasant Stay

Very friendly and helpful host, the room was clean and very comfortable bed. The only criticism was the shower - because of the design it was very difficult not to get a very wet bathroom floor ( though it was a good hot shower). Excellent breakfast with good choice and a full English breakfast freshly cooked if wanted.

6/10 Good

Good stay but remote location.

Friendly owner. Comfortable room (but on the small side). Parking quite tight. Good breakfast. Fairly isolated location (you need a car).

Lovely break

Set up is great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Everything you need. Breakfast was great. It’s advertised here as having a spa but pretty sure there isn’t one. There was no signs of one.

Wonderful place to stay.

The Lawns is a wonderful B&B. Our host Simon went above and beyond to make our experience the best possible. Was there if we needed anything. Left feeling like we were leaving a family member behind.

Clean and comfy stay

Nice place and very clean and the host Carlos was amazing and a good cook. Breakfast was 👌. The only let down was there was a light in my room as you come three door when you turn it of it goes green so couldn’t have my room in total darkness ☹️ and also advertises as spa. THERE IS NO SPA.it was only reason for our booking there
