Gig at the o2
Booked this hotel for convenience as we were going to a concert at o2 arena. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and modern the rooms were and the check in staff were really helpful as we had no idea of the best way to get to the arena. Overall a really good hotel.

We stayed for two nights in June and the service was excellent. The staff are always eager to help and were very informative of the local area. The room was clean and in good condition. The only downfall was perhaps the breakfast as it was a little limited but other than that, a great place to stay especially as it’s so close to the O2 which was he reason for our stay. We will definitely stay again.

Good location and facilities.
Perfect location for O2. Beds comfy, room clean and spacious. Shower and hair dryer both powerful. Staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout.

Lovely staff, very nice Ibis
Lovely welcoming staff, nice bar area open late, food and good cooked breakfast available. Spotlessly clean and everything seemed new. The room had really nice design touches, much like the superior design of the 'Ibis Styles' in France. I loved the lamps and decor. I also love the 'cabin' style bathrooms - I realise these are a bit 'marmite' but they enable a large shower area which is always super clean because the wetroom effect means staff can literally house the whole bathroom down. We had a really nice stay. Only sad thing was you can't sleep with the window open as the noise from the nearby dual carriageway becomes super loud from around 5am. The double glazing kills this though.
