The people at the desk were so helpful. Although we had a complete mess booking through Hotels.com. They actually booked us through Expedia for 116 but charged us 150. Spent about two hours trying to get some help. Still no resolution.

Very friendly staff. The room was spacious but smelled musty, like an old carpet. Also the alarm clock by the bed was set to go off at midnight, which was alarming and frustrating because it was hard to go back to sleep after that—I wish staff had checked to make sure it wasn’t set (or better yet, alarm clocks could be removed from rooms because everyone uses their phones these days). Breakfast options all came in packaging. Location was good—less than half an hour walk to the city center.
