8/10 Very good

The room was extremely hot even though it was 50 degrees outside. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but the staff was all very friendly and helpful

6/10 Good

disappointing stay
Disappointing. Hotel is rundown, dark and dingy. Not what I expected from reviews. Unfriendly front desk. The area is full of much better hotels at the same price. Would not recommend.

6/10 Good

Location is amazing however that is where the pro's end, the service is lack luster. I had called ahead a couple days to ensure they had 2 cribs for me, they said they did and when we got there they didn't have them and said we needed to wait to get into our room. We were tired and hungry from traveling so we headed to the bar area to sit down and eat a little something, they said they would give me the room key as soon as it was ready. After an hour or so I went to grab a bathroom key from them, the same guy instead gave me the room key and said it was ready. We head up and there are no cribs at all. I call down and they say they are on their way up. Only 1 crib arrives. I call again, they ensure me another is on it's way. 2 hours later we finally get the last crib. As the days went on we discovered that the shower barely worked, the amount of water would be described as a trickle making showers unpleasant. The windows and heaters (not in use) were completely coated in thick dust / lint. Outlets didn't work. The staff was other friendly but poorly trained at the front desk, from them directing me to other employees with just looks to being directed to other employees who had no clue how to engage in front of a customer. Very disorganized. Will be back only for the location, I do hope the rest improves though.

2 nights sub par at Leonardo Christchurch
2 nights (Friday and Saturday). Hotel room was very basic. I don’t mind small when in a city and older building, but it was very dated. Windows barely opened and very room very hot (afternoon sun). The fan provided was dirty and didn’t do much to help. The view was of a dirty courtyard with trucks coming in at 5 am that woke us. Our friends had a beautiful view of Christchurch and paid the same as us. You should clarify the view when booking and lowers the dirt courtyard view. This is in a very dangerous part of the city. When walking back, around midnight, we encountered a fight between 2 men. One of the men saw us, advanced and hit my friend, for no reason and thankfully several others stepped in to help. Following that, we learned the lobby is manned with 2-3 security people with all doors locked at night. Not a great experience…

10/10 Exceptional

The location is excellent. Very central to everything in Dublin. The breakfast was good. Room spacious and clean. The bathroom was slightly dated but clean and functional. Staff friendly and helpful.
