Dunadry Hotel
Unfortunate- it has great qualities
Paint of wall, bit dated in room. No shampoo or conditioner... only body shampoo (it is not suitable for hair!) i had no conditioner. No hair dryer an no iron in room i had to ask. I also went for breakfast and waited 5minutes.. no one was there. I walked back to reception to say and she explained they must have been in the kitchen. What am i supposed to do walk in the kitchen just to get served breakfast??? So i ended up going the shop, disappointed. The food in evening was really great and I have great service, best food I have had in Ballyclare in all hinesty. The hotel main lobby is gorgeous so it is a real shame about the room and room facilities. The staff on arrival and evening she was lovely. The morning member was moody and did not smile at all even on check out. Shame

Comfortable and Improving
Used Dunadry for a mid-week wedding stay. The hotel is being revamped but many of the bedrooms have yet to be done, so our’s felt a little bit tired. Public areas are good. Comfortable enough and staff were welcoming and friendly. Excellent parking and near Belfast International Airport. Loved the two intertwined lime trees in the garden and the adjacent river.

Dunadry Hotel
This was my first trip to Northern Ireland, place I would highly recommend as the people were as nice as I have ever met anywhere and the hotel staff were no exception. The room was nothing special but did the job and public bar area very pleasant. The restaurant was first class and reasonably priced. The main thing that made my stay was though was the staff. The reception staff were very welcoming and the manager Malachy saw me checking in and took the time to introduce himself. The real stars though were the bar staff, especially Michael , Callum and Joe. I work away from home several nights a week and it can be a lonely existence but these boys treated me as if I were an old friend visiting rather than just a hotel guest.. Brilliant place all round, both the hotel and Northern Ireland in general, Highly recommended.
